  1. Bids will be accepted on or before the closing date.
  2. Bid by individual Lot Number.
  3. Bids are recorded in order received. In case of tie bids the first bidder receives the lot.
  4. No buy or unlimited bids will be accepted.
  5. No deposit is required.
  6. No commission is charged over your bid. Postage and handling is to be paid by the bidder. In no case will they be refunded.
  7. A 5% sales tax will be added to Wisconsin residents unless resale # is furnished.
  8. Any unsatisfactory lot may be returned within twenty days for a full refund or replacement. If you are not happy with a lot please return it.
  9. All lots are guaranteed and as described. We grade by Brown & Dunn.
  10. We reserve the right to reject unreasonable bids.
  11. Lots will be sent upon receipt of full payment.

After the sale closes, you will receive notice of your successful bids. You will not receive notice of unsuccessful bids.
