Every month or so, Jim's Coin Service starts a mailbid sale by creating the Sale List that features thousands of coins and numismatic items. Each item is given a Lot Number, so that you can bid on as many or as few lots as you wish.
We accept bids through email, postal mail, or fax. All bids received on or before the closing date are recorded.
The day after closing the bids are awarded, with highest bidders winning. Ties go to the earlier bidder. If we have more than one of an item you can win the lot even if your bid is not the highest. All winners are notified.
Jim's Coin Service is a small family business which has been serving coin collectors since 1965 by selling coins through mailbid sales. Roughly every month a new auction begins.
We also offer appraisal services, and are interested in buying coin collections.
